ASUS has officially launched the ProArt P14 and ProArt P16 creator laptops with the NVIDIA RTX Spark superchip in Indonesia. According to detikinet, the devices are designed to allow professional creators to run generative AI models directly on the laptops without having to upload project materials to cloud services. Both models also feature OLED displays intended for visual work that demands color accuracy.
Generative AI processed locally
The ProArt P14, model H7407BA, comes with 64GB of Unified Memory, while the ProArt P16, model H7607BA, is equipped with 128GB of Unified Memory. The NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X processor in both combines a Blackwell RTX GPU with 6,144 cores and a 20-core Grace CPU. The systems offer up to 1 petaflop of AI performance through FP4, while CUDA can run natively.
The CPU and GPU share the same pool of LPDDR5X Unified Memory. This configuration allows AI models to be loaded alongside the high-resolution photos or videos being edited. The devices’ media engine also supports hardware-based encoding and decoding for 4:2:2 formats, as well as AV1 encoding.
ASUS Indonesia Country Manager Lenny Lin described the two laptops as local AI computing hubs rather than merely creator laptops. According to Lin, the devices combine workstation-class processing power, ASUS Lumina Pro OLED displays, and an ecosystem for professional creators. The statement was issued on October 19, 2026.
Image and video model testing
Before the launch, ASUS Indonesia tested the 64GB ProArt P14 using the ARM64 version of ComfyUI Desktop through CUDA without an internet connection. In a test using the INT8-quantized Qwen Image 2.1, a product photo was edited into a cinematic scene at a resolution of 1024 with 40 steps. GPU memory usage peaked at 19.8GB, GPU utilization reached 100 percent, and the GPU temperature was 68 degrees Celsius.
The next scenario used the INT8-quantized MiniMax H3 to turn a single photo into a five-second video with audio. At a resolution of 0.7 MP and in turbo mode, the process was completed in 5 minutes and 54 seconds, with peak GPU memory usage of 28.1GB. ASUS stated that test results may vary depending on the application version, drivers, and settings used.
ASUS also ran Hermes Agent with a local language model to read project folders, summarize client briefs, and create draft scripts or captions in new files. However, ComfyUI Desktop, Hermes Agent, and the AI models used in the tests are not preinstalled. Users must download and configure them independently according to their needs.
OLED displays and portable design
The ProArt P14 features a 14-inch ASUS Lumina Pro OLED touchscreen with 3K resolution, while the ProArt P16 uses a 16-inch panel with UHD+ resolution. Both displays are PANTONE Validated, cover 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space, display 1.07 billion colors, and have a 120Hz refresh rate. The ProArt P14 is certified for VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000, while the ProArt P16 has received True Black 1400 certification.
The ProArt P14 weighs 1.4 kilograms, is 1.39 centimeters thick, and has a 90Wh battery. The ProArt P16 weighs 1.7 kilograms, is 1.29 centimeters thick, and has a 99.9Wh battery. Both come with an included 140W USB Type-C adapter and have passed US MIL-STD 810H durability testing.
Pricing and preorder period
The ProArt P14 has an official price of Rp80,999,000, while the ProArt P16 is priced at Rp113,999,000. Preorders are open until October 23, 2026. During this period, the ProArt P14 is available for Rp79,999,000 through the ASUS Online Store, ASUS Exclusive Stores, and selected ASUS Stores.
